When you close your eyes and dream for a moment what does your agency look like?


As you build your agency or business I think it is important to build it intentionally.  Build your agency or business to serve you and those who are important to you in a way that provides value.  Spending time upfront to envision the results of your work will significantly help you make decisions.  Next time you have to make a decision you can simply ask yourself, does the decision move me closer to my  dream or further away?


Dream for a moment and write down the answers to these questions.

• Why do you own a business?
• How does it serve you, your family, your team, customers, and community?
• What would your day look like if you were spending 80% of your time on things that energize you?
• How many hours are you working?
• What type of customers is your agency/business serving?
• What caliber of team members are you/team/business serving?
• What is the working environment look like?
• What colors do you see?
